  • Mark’s primary aim at Heron Creek Fitness is to help people overcome the many possible barriers to weight loss and health through practical nutritional guidance and customized exercise programming.

Personal Bio

Mark is an 18-year veteran in the fitness industry and has had the opportunity to work a variety of different clients.

He has worked with patients struggling with obesity at the Hamilton General Hospital as well as high-level executives from some of Canada’s most well-known organizations at a Medcan Clinic in Toronto. His experience also includes having worked with many aspiring fitness competitors.

As an experienced trainer, Mark has been invited to teach other trainers at seminars for the Personal Trainer Development Center and provided guest lectures on fitness programming for upper-year kinesiology students at the University of Waterloo.
