Personal Bio:

Personal Fitness isn't just about lifting weights or hitting the treadmill - it involves a positive lifestyle change that can improve your overall health, confidence and outlook on life. By combining the latest industry knowledge with functional, total body training and a holistic approach to mind & body wellness, I am able to give you a workout that will really transform you.  I have always been active, but back in 2008, I had a life changing experience. I was on tv on a reality show called ReVamped. This show was a six-week journey into nutrition, exercise, and embracing life. After this show, I left my career in the financial sector to pursue fitness and boy, did I pursue it. I was so empowered by my transformation that I wanted to share that feeling with others. My aim is to equip you with not only the skills, but also the knowledge of how to reach your fitness and health goals. As a testament to my character, I recently won the Absolutely Fabulous Woman's Award for my contributions to health and wellness in the community. I also work closely with the Heart & Stroke Foundation and was awarded their World Class Recognition Award. I support and work in conjunction with the Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetes Association and the Arthritis Society.
