Spinning Classes

Strength Training

Drop in any time. Do your thing! Strength training is a fantastic way to get fit, stay young and build confidence. Not sure how? Talk to our trained staff or join one of our small group "how-to" sessions.


Yoga

Join us for Yoga for a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build strength, balance, flexibility, mental focus and more. Our expert teachers from Heron Creek Yoga & Fitness provide modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!

Group Strength Training

People from beginner to advanced can workout together in this fun class. The adjustable weights allow you to tailor the workout to your level, so you can start where you are and increase the challenge as your strength grows.

Team Training

Need to work on your team's conditioning, agility or strength? Yeah, we can do that. Hockey, cycling, basketball, figure skating, baseball, football - no matter which sport, we have trained professionals who can help you achieve your goals. We are the official training facility for Ancaster Avalanche Jr. B boys, Ancaster Figure Skating Club and Ancaster Soccer Club.


Cardio Made Better

Our treadmills, upright bicycles, ellipticals and Arc Trainers have their own tvs. Our Expresso Virtual Reality/Game bikes let you play and compete while you ride. Our S-Trainers simulate parachute and sled training, and our step mills are a great substitute for the stairs when the weather is too cold.

Chiropractor/ART and Massage

Book an appointment with Andrea Dorman, DC, or Bradley Ingham, RMT while your kid is at her cooking class, hockey or soccer practice. Taking care of yourself has never been more convenient.
